Depending on our audit of your current financial system and level of scaleability we can advise on any setup fees that may be required on a discovery call.

If you're on one of our monthly plans you can simply cancel with just 30 days notice

A transaction covers the processing of a

- Payable invoice from input to bank reconciliation as well including in payment runs (if included in your plan).

- Receivable invoice, this includes sending to clients, chasing for payment where required and bank reconciliation.

- Expense Claim a single receipt would count as a transaction, includes reconciliation and inclusion in payment (if applicable)

If you require more than the number of transactions available in your plan discuss this in your discovery call with us and we will advise on any additional costs.

If you are less than two months into your new financial year, there is no additional cost. If you are more than two months into your new financial year, we may need to apportion additional costs for year-end compliance such as Statutory Accounts and Corporation Tax

We will monitor your growth in terms of transactions and headcount, where required we will plan for this in advance and advise on any revised fees. As you grow there is likely to be additional scope of services such as expansion into new territories, frequency of support, ad-hoc requests and additional stakeholder requirements which would result in price changes.
